Recipe

  • Duck ( or lamb bones)
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Rosemary and Parsley 
  • Filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

In a pot or slow cooker organise all ingredients.Bring it to boil and reduce the heat.Allow the soup to simmer with the lid on for 9-12h hours. Remove the bone/duck and rosemary from the soup and mix the rest together. Serve warm or room temperature
